5 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk 3 tbsp yogurt 1/4 cup powdered erythritol 2 tbsp shredded coconut


1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup frozen blackberries 1/2 tsp mct oil

Combine Ingredients

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except the berries. Blend until smooth.

Add Berries

Add the berries to the mixture and pulse a few times until they are broken into small pieces.

Smooth Texture Option

If you prefer a smooth texture, add all ingredients, including the berries, to the food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into Molds

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.


Freeze the popsicles for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully set.

Release Popsicles

Dip the molds in hot water for 15-30 seconds to loosen the popsicles, then remove them. Store in the freezer for up to one month.
