Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these roasted Brussels sprouts are a perfect blend of savory and slightly sweet, making them a delicious and healthy side dish.


1½ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved, stems and ragged outer leaves removed* 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ¾ teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon honey


Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it s hot enough to roast the Brussels sprouts until crispy.

Prepare the Sprouts: Trim the ends and remove any yellow leaves from the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half for even cooking.

Toss with Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
