Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie


A Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is a creamy blend of ripe bananas, peanut butter, milk (or alternative), and optional Greek yogurt, sweetened to taste, creating a satisfying and nutritious beverage


Ripe Bananas Peanut Butter Milk  Greek Yogurt  Honey or Maple Syrup Ice cubes

Step 1 

Collect ripe bananas, peanut butter, milk (or a milk alternative), Greek yogurt (if using), and optionally honey or maple syrup for sweetness, and ice cubes.

Step 2

Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Measure out the desired amount of peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener.

Step 3

In a blender, combine the bananas, peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and sweetener. Add ice cubes if desired for a colder smoothie.

Step 4

Blend on high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.

Step 5

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with a slice of banana or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
